Competing in the New Global Economy: Breaking Down Federal Higher Education and Workforce Policy Silos

Vickie L. Schraya Vickie L. Schray, Executive Vice President, Regulatory Affairs and Public Policy at Bridgepoint Education previously served as the Acting Deputy Assistant Secretary, Office of Postsecondary Education. During her tenure at the U.S. Department of Education she led several national reform initiatives that included industry career clusters and certifications, performance accountability systems, and accreditation. She chairs the Education, Employment and Training Committee for the U.S Chamber of Commerce.
