This article refers to:
Defining business analytics: an empirical approach
Introduction to the inaugural issue of Journal of Business Analytics
Analysing forward-looking statements in initial public offering prospectuses: a text analytics approach
Beyond solving the last mile problem: the substitution effects of bike-sharing on a ride-sharing platform
Classifying facts and opinions in Twitter messages: a deep learning-based approach
Research challenges and opportunities in business analytics

When issue 1(1) of the Journal of Business Analytics was first published online and in print, there were insufficiencies in the copyediting and typesetting process, which resulted in a number of typographical errors feeding through to the Version of Record. Taylor & Francis is therefore publishing an erratum to rectify this and wish to emphasise the fact that the errors that have been corrected are purely typographical and do not alter the meaning nor the scientific integrity of the published research. Taylor & Francis would like to sincerely apologise to all contributors and readers of this issue for the errors and would like to thank you for your continued support of the Journal of Business Analytics.
