Gut Microbiota in Cancer Development and Treatment

Cancer is one of the top public health challenges globally. The insights into the microbiome shed lights to new mechanism, diagnosis, and therapy of cancers. This Collection spotlights the current state of microbiome research in the gastrointestinal cancers, extraintestinal cancers, host-pathogen interactions, microbial signatures for diagnosis, therapeutic interventions, microbiome data analysis, and others. It remains open to new submissions.
